Driver monitoring has been gaining huge traction among fleet owners. Driver attrition and deficit has turned this industry to adopt autonomous driving technologies and also employ advanced driver assistance coupled with driver behaviour monitoring technology. Pathpartner has been collecting on road data from various vehicles and has got them annotated over last four years. It's AI based models have been licensed by Intel, Nextchip, Motherson Innovations and other automotive Tier-1s. Pathpartner has been closely working with US bay area based AD-stack provider to productise it's DMS product. PathPartner’s driver monitoring system, using a single low-power in-vehicle camera and advanced vision technologies, provides reliable detection of driver drowsiness and distraction, alerting the driver to reduce the chances of serious accidents and thus providing a safer and comfortable drive. Pathpartner is spinning off its driver monitoring solution group into a separate company with funds raised from external automotive companies.
